Dyna Seal loading houses are the complete solution to refurbishment of a loading bay. We can deliver and install them to a prepared opening within a day usually, complete with a door, dock leveller and dock shelter or seal.

Dyna Seal loading houses are made with a hot dipped galvanised steel frame clad in one of three materials. These can be colour co-ordinated to your building. We can also supply the loading house with insulated sandwich panel for use with produce or temperature controlled warehouses.

Loading houses from Dyna Seal can be produced with either steel platforms or, where there is a large quantity, in prefabricated concrete. The cladding materials are exterior grade/marine plywood clad in vinyl with roof in the same material, exterior grade/marine plywood clad in vinyl but with a laminated polycarbonate roof for extra light or a 40mm thick sandwich panel with either a sandwich panel roof or polycarbonate roof.
